The content of this website is general information about TR Labs and its services. It is not a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of specific results. Figures, case examples and market statistics are given in good faith. They describe typical or past results and third-party research, and the results you get may be different.
Our services are provided only under a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work or master services agreement), which will include a data processing agreement where needed. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement prevails.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
